4 Ballarat St. launched in May 2021. The strategy was designed to generate a high quantum of leads in a short timeframe, then shift focus to lead qualification and apartment selection. This approach drove urgency and led to a sell-out of the first release (45% of the building), within the first 48 hours.

This work was completed when Rebecca was employed by Assemble, as their Director of Relationships and Marketing.
