Polka Dot Property’s founder, Rebecca Shackleton, has spent the past couple of decades working in the property industry, thinking deeply about how people live, and how a secure home and connected community can have a positive impact on people’s lives.

Before starting Polka Dot Property, Bec held senior marketing and sales roles at Assemble, Satterley and Stockland.

Bec’s strength is strategy and understanding what motivates people to act. She’s worked across all facets of property sales and marketing, from high and medium density, greenfield and everything in between.

Bec is the face of Polka Dot Property, but importantly, she’s the person working on your strategy, ensuring that the output matches your expectations, and delivers on your objectives.
